AI Disclosure

A2M Technologies, LLC provides this disclosure to explain, plainly and completely, the role of artificial intelligence in the AniMemories service.

1. All Videos Are AI-Generated Synthetic Media

Every video produced by the Service is generated by artificial-intelligence models from a still photograph. The motion you see is synthesized: it is a computational interpretation of what movement might have looked like, not recovered, restored, or historical footage. No video produced by the Service documents a real moving event.

2. Accuracy and Likeness

Although our processing is designed to preserve identity and keep motion subtle and respectful, generated movement, expressions, gestures, and background details may differ — sometimes noticeably — from how a depicted person actually moved, spoke, or expressed themselves. Generated Videos should be understood as commemorative, artistic interpretations.

3. Provenance and Labeling

Where technically supported, we attach content-provenance metadata (such as C2PA Content Credentials) to Generated Videos so that platforms, tools, and viewers can identify them as AI-generated. You agree not to remove or alter provenance metadata or disclosures, and we encourage you to identify Generated Videos as AI-generated when sharing them.

4. Prohibited Representations

Presenting a Generated Video as authentic footage — of a historical event, a news event, or a real person's actual conduct — is prohibited by our Terms of Service and may violate applicable law, including laws addressing deceptive synthetic media. Deceptive political media and fraudulent impersonation are strictly prohibited.

5. Third-Party Models

Generation is performed using AI models operated by third-party providers acting as our processors. Your uploads are transmitted to those providers solely to produce your video, and they are contractually restricted from using your media for their own purposes, including training, absent your express opt-in. 6. Reporting Concerns

If you encounter a Generated Video that you believe depicts you without consent, misuses someone's likeness, or is being presented deceptively as authentic footage, contact A2M Technologies, LLC at info@animemories.com. We review such reports promptly and will remove violating content and take enforcement action consistent with our Terms of Service.
